What you will do in this role As a Content Moderator, you will: • Review and moderate content to ensure adherence to platform guidelines • Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively • Analyze moderation reports and make accurate decisions • Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios • Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Your qualifications This will be a great match if you: • Fluent, verbal and written in German • English level (intermediate) • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment • Tolerance for sensitive content • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently • Ability to multitask, possess critical reasoning skills, communicate effectively • Fast learner, diligent worker If you feel you don’t check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
