Responsabilidades - Taking responsibility for resolving customer issues and managing complaints while adhering to company guidelines and procedures; - Following up with customers to confirm issue resolution and ensure satisfaction with the service provided; - Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's services to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers; - Keeping detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to track issues and enhance the overall user experience; - Proactively sharing customer feedback with the team and direct manager. Requisitos - Minimum required education: 12th grade or high school diploma; - Previous experience in customer service; - Proficiency in Italian; - Previous experience using the Zendesk platform (preferential); - Good MS Office/Google Workspace skills; - Strong team working and excellent communication skills; - Goals oriented; - Willing to work on shifts and weekends.
