We are looking for a talented Customer Service Assistant - Italian Speaker to join our team. If you are passionate about customer service and want to make a difference, this opportunity is for you! Responsabilities: As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, ensuring their questions are resolved, and their needs are met. Provide fast and efficient responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Proactively resolve issues and complaints, always aiming for satisfactory solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive accurate and up-to-date information. Qualifications: Fluency in Italian (This is a must and disqualifying factor) and Portuguese Experience in customer service, support, or related areas (CRM).
