"Your main duties include supporting customers by providing accurate solutions via email and phone, as well as resolving complaints and order-related problems. You may also support other internal initiatives depending on your skills. Qualifications Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish (critical requirement). Good communicator with strong learning ability.
