Are you passionate about providing excellent service and fluent in French with good knowledge of English?  We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer support team for a leading insurance company. Perfil

• in this role, you will handle customer queries over phone and email, providing detailed information about our products;
• key responsibilities include answering questions about coverage, assisting with policy cancellations, and helping insurance brokers direct their inquiries;

Competências

• native or advanced French (C2) proficiency;
• intermediate level of English (B2);
• friendly and professional demeanor;
• strong communication skills;
• ability to remain calm under pressure;
• a first experience in customer service is a plus;

Oferta

• What do we have for you?
• - base salary of 930€/month;
• - complexity bonus of 15€/month;
• - performance bonus up to 100€/month;
• - meal allowance of 7,63€ per day worked;
• - schedule: monday to friday (including bank holidays): 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts);
• - days off: weekends;
• - working contract: 6 months (renewable);
