Customer Support with German (Remote work in North Portugal) Rotational shifts Start date: 22/05/2024 About the project: As a Customer Support Advisor, your mission will be to assist our customers with the management of rental car reservations, potential cancellations, and billing and payment issues. Your future project is a company that provides rent-a-car services in Portugal and more than 70 countries and territories. What you will be doing: Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues. Attracting potential customers by answering questions about rent-a-car reservations and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer needs Requirements: Communicative German (must be B2) Communicative level of English language (B2) What we offer: Temporary employment contract of Initial duration of 12 months (Option to extend for another 12 months) Full-time Monthly Base Salary 1010 gross Holiday and Christmas bonus - 2 extra month salaries per year Monthly Variable Bonus of 120 (depending on performance) Health Insurance Equipment provided Apply today by submitting your CV, including your full name, contact information, and email address.
