Customer Support with German (B2) - Lisbon - Office Monday to Friday - 08:00-17:00 About the project: You will support German-speaking clients of a medical technology company, with a focus in orthopedics. The company was founded in 1995. It is headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware and is listed on the NYSE. The company has over 5,000 employees operating at 12 sites around the world What you will be doing: Receive and distribute incoming customer orders Ensure record accuracy by maintaining data integrity Handle order management from entry to delivery and resolve complex customer billing issues Collaborate and coordinate cross-functionally with other teams Provide support to other team members as needed Follows up on internal holds pertaining to credits processed on behalf of customers. Intimately understand proper case handling process and can identify different business unit responsibilities.
