Adecco Recruitment is Hiring Database Administrator - Lisbon (Hybrid) One of our clients is seeking a Database Administrator to join their team in Lisbon. Your Role - Database Migration Transition SQL Server databases to new versions. - Problem Analysis & Tuning Diagnose performance issues, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity. - High Availability Configure and manage Always On clusters. - Proactive Maintenance Monitor and resolve issues for system stability. - Documentation & Collaboration Maintain clear records and work closely with team members. Must-Have Skills - Solid SQL Server administration experience. - Proven skills in data migration, performance tuning, T-SQL, and Always On configuration. - SQL Server certifications (DP-300, DP-900). - Familiarity with monitoring tools (Tuning Adviser, Query Store, etc.).
