Right now, we’re on the lookout for a DevOps Engineer (AWS + Docker + Kubernetes) to join an international team in a fully remote position. If you’re passionate about automation, cloud architectures, and DevOps best practices, this might be the perfect challenge for you! Main Tasks: • Design and implement advanced cloud architectures, continuously aligning with key cloud providers like AWS and Google. • Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure, focusing on automation and efficiency. • Support the evolution of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), ensuring high levels of automation throughout the lifecycle of all workloads. • Ensure no single points of failure exist in the infrastructure, improving system resilience. • Continuously optimize cloud infrastructure setup and maintenance, ensuring security, scalability, and automation. Requirements: • Experience with Docker and Linux systems management. • Proven experience in Kubernetes and container orchestration. • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services. • Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, BitBucket, or Stash. • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar. • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language: Python, Ruby, Bash, GO, Java, Node.js, PHP. • Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Kibana. • Understanding of web servers (Apache, NGINX), databases (SQL & NoSQL), caching technologies (Cassandra, Redis, Memcache), and message queues (RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, or similar). • Experience working as a DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer in an Agile and fast-paced environment. • Strong background in automation within microservice/SOA architectures. Nice to Have: • Experience with ArgoCD, Argo Rollouts, Argo Workflows, Argo Events, FluxCD, Tekton. • Knowledge of Kyverno, OPA (Open Policy Agent). • Experience implementing Service Mesh solutions (e.g., Istio, Linkerd, Kong Mesh). • Knowledge of Consul and Kubernetes-native infrastructure provider tools (Crossplane, AWS ACK, Google’s Config Connector, Azure ASO). • Experience with Helm, Kustomize, Tanka, Carvel ytt. • Experience with Velero for Kubernetes backups. • Hands-on with Vault for secrets management.
