We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational, leader in the global food retail sector: Nestlé Business Services.They are currently looking to strengthen their team with an Email Marketing Campaign Specialist (M/F) for the region of Linda-a-Velha, Lisbon. Main responsibilities:Work with the company´s brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategyHTML creation based on templates including revising, and making changes/corrections when necessaryImplement database segmentation on email marketing toolDesign customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brandsCreate A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore, deliverabilityMonitorization of campaigns and creation of KPI reportsEnsure campaigns’ deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPI’sBuild effective relationship with internal and external international stakeholders Ideal Profile:Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar;Proficiency in English (spoken and written);Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (eg. MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, etc.);Knowledge of HTML or CSS;Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;Good analytical skills;Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (is a plus)Passion for the Digital Marketing field.
