Being on social media nowadays is mandatory if you want to be informed and connected to others. We need you to support small and medium sized companies that need help regarding advertising space’ questions and doubts. You’ll be providing customer support through several channels like phone, email and chat. For that, you only need an advanced English proficiency (C1/C2); and to be available to work on a previously agreed rotational shift pattern from 21 pm to 7 am, Monday to Sunday (40h/week), in Entrecampos, Lisbon; along with the indispensable empathy and willingness to help!
