Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) Language Requirement: English C1/C2 Start Date: 29-09-2025 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 About the Role Join our Reddit Direct Sales team in Lisbon and play a key role in managing and growing relationships with brands across diverse industries. You will prospect new advertisers, develop tailored ad strategies, and ensure measurable campaign success through outbound engagement and performance-driven solutions Responsibilities Generate leads through outbound sales activities (calls, email, social outreach). Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Tailor advertising strategies to meet brand-specific goals. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Negotiate directly with in-house advertisers. Ensure campaign optimization and achievement of KPIs and ROI targets Requirements Fluent (C1/C2) english speaker located in Lisbon (no relocation provided) 1+ years of experience in B2B or outbound sales (digital marketing background is a plus). Proven experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Ability to achieve performance-based goals. High school diploma or higher Valid paperwork allowing employment in Portugal On Offer: Base salary: €929 + holiday & Christmas allowances paid monthly. Meal allowance: €7/day (net) on prepaid card. Monthly total: around EUR 1237 (gross) excluding bonus Variable monthly performance bonus Private health & dental insurance after contract signature.
