Descrição da Função

Profile: - Several years of experience as a Senior Solution Architect, ideally in Microservices, AWS, and Kubernetes, with a strong background in application and integration architectures; - Initial or advanced experience in Enterprise Architecture Management, preferably familiar with frameworks such as TOGAF; - Strong motivation to grow into the Enterprise Architect role and bridge hands-on solution architecture with enterprise-level governance, standards, and business value; - Proficiency in creating C4 diagrams for clear architectural visualisation, ideally with Draw.io / diagrams.net; - Knowledge of cloud governance, API design, event-driven architecture, data architecture, and messaging technologies such as Kafka, SQS, ArtemisMQ, or JMS; - Familiarity with EAM/repository tools such as LeanIX or Confluence is an advantage; - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, coach solution architects, and present convincingly; - Very good English language skills (C1); German is a plus; - TOGAF certification or participation in an intensive programme is valued; - AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Certified Kubernetes Architect is valued; - Background in software development (Java, Python) and experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions is a plus; - Familiarity with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban is an advantage. Responsibilities: - Drive the development and implementation of the Enterprise Architecture in close collaboration with management, solution architects, and development teams; - Manage and document the AS-IS and TO-BE architecture landscape, including standards and processes in the EAM context; - Evaluate optimisation opportunities based on business and technology innovations and weak-point analysis covering cost efficiency, information security, complexity, synergies, and compliance; - Derive TO-BE architecture and develop implementation strategies, roadmaps, decision memos, and solution scenarios; - Collaborate with architects at group level, including application and infrastructure architects; - Support transformation projects, including change management, interface management, and process harmonisation; - Ensure that all architecture decisions are value-oriented and maximise business impact; - Apply a “Just Enough EA” approach, ensuring pragmatic, lean, and value-driven architecture practices; - Execute the Architecture Advice Process to transparently prepare, moderate, and validate decisions; - Work closely with solution architects in cloud, microservices, and DevOps contexts, with a focus on coaching, documentation quality, and adherence to architecture standards; - Actively contribute to workshops, coaching sessions, and the professional development of solution architects.
