The company is called Espais Roca, and we have luxury homes in different countries such as Portugal, Malta, UK and soon Spain. Over the years, we grew tired of having to make compromises when travelling with family or friends compared to some of the beautiful luxury spaces we had enjoyed as solo travellers or couples. The owner, as an interior designer, knew there had to be a better way. In 2008, we discovered the ruin that stole our hearts. Some 5 years later, we opened our doors as a "Maison D'Hôtes" 12 luxury rooms and villas located in the heart of Porto, but away from the noise of the city. Our breakfast has become part of Porto folklore and Tripadvisor. Homemade and organic, it changes daily and is made with the freshest ingredients from Porto's markets. As a target, we want our guests to have the best stay of their lives and provide our services with the best recommendations, help and information they need in the whole holiday process that starts before arriving at the hotel. It is important to us that the guest don't feel like just another number, that's why our team is fully trained and qualified to help and solve every question that may arise during your stay.

Espais Roca - Canto de Luz is in search of a dedicated individual to take on the role of Receptionist at our boutique hotel located in the center of Porto, just a 2-minute walk from Trindade Station. Job Responsibilities: Welcome guests and provide an explanation of the hotel's operations, including its rules and amenities. Respond to guest messages related to reservations and their stay. Make reservations for tours, restaurants, and other activities, Be attentive to all the guests' needs offering recommendations about the area. Manage and control of our wine machine. Be responsible for the hotel and all activities during your working shift. Report and address any issues or concerns. Prepare and coordinate evening tapas service. Maintain a clean and welcoming area for our guests. Requirements: Experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
