Job Title: Functional Analyst Location: Porto, Portugal Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid Responsibilities and Tasks: Analyze business and functional requirements, translating them into clear specifications and process models Create and maintain UML and BPMN diagrams to support system design and development Ensure requirements and processes comply with eHealth standards such as FHIR and HL7 Support testing and validation activities by providing functional insights and clarifications Collaborate with Agile teams using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps to manage backlog, user stories, and tasks Communicate effectively with stakeholders, documenting requirements, processes, and updates in English

Perfil

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• +3 years of experience in functional and requirements analysis
• Experience with UML, BPMN, and Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Experience working with eHealth standards, including FHIR and HL7
• Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken
