The Community Support team serves as stewards to our community, guiding them on a journey to cultivate the most devoted travel community worldwide through exceptional service. As a remote Customer Advisor for our organization, your mission will be: - Delivering timely, precise, and professional customer service via chat, emails, and inbound calls, with the aim of ensuring excellent service standards and sustaining high customer satisfaction. - Conducting thorough investigations to comprehend the root causes of inquiries. - Providing comprehensive closed-loop responses with updates and educational insights for each workflow. - Fostering enriching interactions with agents, promoting learning rather than mere answering. - Collaborating with site management to identify and appropriately escalate performance issues. - Offering additional assistance in non-ticket bug escalation. Perfil

• - Fluency in German, with a proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
• - Proficient phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
• - Customer-centric mindset and adaptability to respond to various character types.
• - Residence permit in Greece or EU citizenship.
• - Already residing or willing to relocate to Greece.
