Workster is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy and looking for Greek beauty customer advisors to join their expanding Team in Porto. Their client is the archetype of the “Beauty Pure Player” – nothing but Beauty, for all types of Beauty – and their unique expertise acquired over 110 years, allows them to understand, in extreme detail, the desires and aspirations of consumers all around the world.

• Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms or Social 1:1).
• Management of consumer requests relating to Information and complaints.
• Providing excellent solutions, and service.
• Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner.
• ECOM advice (questions related to returns, deliveries or refunds)
• Care advice (questions related to products, product alternatives or product specifics)
• Database maintenance (questions related to GDPR, unsubscribing from newsletters, data breaches)
• HRC (registration of reports about health-related conditions)

Perfil

• Native Greek speaker
• B2 level of English
• Based in Porto or willing to relocate
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferrable
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused and structured environment
• An ability to make decision based on rules and policies
• A passion for helping others achieve results
• An ability to handle potentially stressful situations.

Oferta

• Relocation support with flight costs reimbursement and a private room in a company apartment
• Temporary contract for 12 months, Permanent after 2 years.

• Schedule 40h per week between Monday to Saturday, 08h-20h
