Descrição da Função

"ROLE OVERVIEW Responsible for launching and managing Zumub’s logistics operations in Italy, including warehouse implementation, team setup, and daily operational control. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Launch and structure the warehouse in Milan Manage daily logistics activities: receiving, picking, packing, and shipping Recruit, train, and manage warehouse operators and operational teams Define operational processes and workflows Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost control Negotiate and manage carriers and logistics partners Monitor, analyze, and report operational KPIs Coordinate with central head office teams (supply chain, IT, customer service) Ensure legal, fiscal, and bureaucratic compliance in Italy Support administrative processes related to local operations REQUIRED PROFILE Fluent Italian speaker (mandatory) Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus) Solid experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or warehouse management Experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, 3PL, or retail (strongly preferred) Proven experience in hiring and managing operational teams Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills Hands-on and problem-solving mindset High sense of responsibility and autonomy OFFER Competitive salary and performance-based compensation Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Exposure to top-level decision-making and meaningful impact Employee discounts, health insurance, and other benefits Location: On-site — Milan, Italy Zumub is committed to promoting equal opportunities and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion, or belief."
