Descrição da Função

"MISSION Lead the implementation and management of Zumub’s logistics operations in Italy, taking responsibility for the warehouse launch, team structure, and daily operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the setup and launch of the Milan warehouse Oversee all logistics activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping Recruit, train, and manage warehouse operators and operational teams Define and implement operational processes Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost control Negotiate and manage local carriers and logistics partners Monitor and report operational KPIs Coordinate with central head office teams Ensure compliance with Italian legal, fiscal, and bureaucratic requirements Support administrative processes related to local operations REQUIREMENTS Fluent Italian speaker (mandatory) Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus) Solid experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or warehouse management Experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, 3PL, or retail (strongly preferred) Proven experience hiring and managing teams Strong planning, organization, and execution skills Hands-on, problem-solving mindset High level of autonomy and responsibility WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary and performance-based compensation Professional growth and career development opportunities Exposure to top-level decision-making Employee discounts, health insurance, and other benefits On-site position in Milan, Italy.
