Descrição da Função

Profile: - At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform; - Solid hands-on experience with: Model-driven Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform administration; - Experience in large-scale enterprise environments; - Previous experience with large-scale Power Platform tenants; - Ability to work independently, both in development and in platform administration and support; - Previous experience in the insurance sector (valued); - Microsoft Power Platform certifications (nice to have); - Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; - Fluent spoken and written English – essential. Responsibilities: - Design, develop and maintain solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform; - Develop and enhance model-driven Power Apps and Canvas Apps; - Create and maintain workflows and automations using Power Automate; - Work with Microsoft Dataverse to implement and enhance solutions; - Develop solutions designed for large-scale enterprise environments; - Administer the Power Platform environment, ensuring it functions correctly and is continuously improved; - Manage incidents and service requests using Service Management tools; - Investigate technical issues, bugs and incidents, including liaising with Microsoft support; - Ensure support for the platform’s day-to-day operation; - Collaborate with international teams on the implementation and maintenance of solutions; - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development, administration and support practices for the platform.
