Department Overview Inside Sales is a vital part of each regional sales team. We are the first point of contact for new clients. We provide resources for various regions globally. Our role includes assisting with project details and generating new business.

  • Build and manage lead development pipeline
  • Qualify all sales leads based upon lead qualification criteria definitions
  • Generates prospective customers through cold calling and qualifies leads
  • Tactfully and courteously interface with customers in order to build strong business relationships
  • Mails marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keeps up-to-date
  • Act as single point of contact

Perfil

  • Required native or fluent English language both spoken % written
  • One or more years of experience within an Inside Sales organization would be a plus
  • Preferred Salesforce.com CRM experience and Outreach tool
  • Some travel may be required during the execution of the duties
