Join us in this project and start making a contribution to innovation in the industry! We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon or Oporto (hybrid). Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a similar position; - Develop and support of IT tools for HR and communication businesses; - Work closely with the business teams, PM and service manager to improve and transform IT solutions; - Definition and analysis of needs, the design of solutions in collaboration with other departments; - Documentation and maintenance of the processes of solutions; -Perform verification test and support the user accept tests execution; -Experience on SuccessFactors, ideally on EC and interfaces design to/from SuccessFactors; - Experience as a coordinator or project manager; - Fluent in English and French.
