IT Service Manager – Unix / Linux
Descrição da Função
We are looking for an Information Systems Technician, Service Manager - Linux/Unix System Administration for our Technology Platform Management team. Your objective is to guarantee the provisioning, maintenance, optimization, and commissioning of our infrastructure RESPONSIBILITIES: - Implementing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing processes in IT Operations projects, controlling costs and capacity planning, and managing teams of external providers in the area of Linux/Unix System Administration; - Conduct automation processes with new technologies to ensure continuous service improvement; - Ensure compliance with specific regulatory guidelines for banking and respond to internal and external audits; - Be responsible for communicating, collaborating, and managing the relationship with internal and external stakeholders planning activities, and sharing information regarding the state of the Service; - Drawing up specifications for the purchase of hardware and services and analyzing and evaluating proposals.

Perfil
- Degree and/or Master in Computer Engineering or similar;
- Minimum of 10 years in the Service Management area, with experience in the Banking sector;
- Minimum of 3 years in Linux/Unix IT Operations;
- More than 5 years as a Team Leader;
- Technological renewal projects related to obsolescence and capacity management;
- Implementation of regulatory requirements and vulnerability correction and patch management processes;
- Implementation of compliance requirements with audits and certifications;
- Implementation of ITIL processes
- Server architectures, Unix, Linux, virtualization, Security and Communications Best Practices, as well as Logging and trace in Distributed Systems;
