Remote Work - Equipment provided Start Date: 01/05/2024 Responsibilities: Assist Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscription, invoicing, technical troubleshooting. Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality. Provide accurate and real-time responses to the customers inquiries. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Qualifications: Fluent level of Italian (C1/C2) English B2 Experience in Customer Service (preferable) Good communication and soft skills Offer: Salary 900€ month x 14 months Meal allowance of 7,23 net per day(paid in Meal Card) Monthly performance bonus up to 100€ Training by certified instructors Private health insurance Many other benefits Equipment To apply, please send your CV including your full name, phone number, and personal email address.
