We are currently seeking a Learning Data Manager to join an important client based in Oeiras, Lisbon. Requirements · A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a recognised/certified University in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Management, Finance, Data Management) with minimum of 5 years post related experience; · Broad experience in the planning and execution of learning/training and professional development budgets for a large organization; · Extensive skills managing and analysing data and information as input for the formulation of training and development plans, monitoring progress towards goals, and calibrating programs; · Demonstrable "sense making" skills and ability to rapidly transform information to knowledge; · Experience in establishing, developing and maintaining productive relationship with key financial stakeholders within an organisation (FC staff, profession heads and requirements holders); · Demonstrated experience in budget development and management; · Experience working and coordinating with geographically disbursed and virtual teams; · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. · Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with good briefing skills; · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; · Excellent organizational and time management skills; · Strong communication and interpersonal skills; · Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team; Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint; Benefits • Integration in a dynamic and motivated team for the performance of the function. • Complementary training • Salary package according to the function performed • Professional evolution
