Descrição da Função

Profile: - Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I with experience delivering full lifecycle implementations (Service Cloud preferred); - Strong backend development skills in Apex (classes, triggers, SOQL/SOSL) and API integrations (REST/SOAP); - Frontend expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura, plus basic JavaScript and HTML; - Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules), Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines; - Ability to create technical documentation (UML, sequence diagrams) and conduct unit testing and bug fixing; - Fluency in English and willingness to work in an agile, pair-programming collaborative environment. Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain full lifecycle Salesforce solutions, focusing on Apex, LWC, and API integrations; - Configure declarative Salesforce tools, including Flows, automation, validation rules, and security/access models; - Write clean, testable code, perform unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing in collaborative pair-programming setups; - Author technical documentation, including UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, and technical specifications; - Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Git and SFDX; - Assist with advanced features like Omni-Channel routing, Salesforce Voice (CTI), and external reporting integrations.
