Lead a dynamic technology team and ensure delivery excellence in a collaborative environment.   Location Lisbon (Hybrid 3 days/week on-site) Contract Full-time, direct contract with a global IT services company   Youll be part of a strategic program in the insurance sector, managing people and client relationships while ensuring quality and operational success. This is a leadership role focused on coordination, planning and stakeholder engagement, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and best practices.   Responsibilities - Coordinate and mentor a technical team, promoting best practices and collaboration. - Plan activities, define priorities and monitor deadlines across multiple streams. - Oversee the full lifecycle of solutions, from development to maintenance. - Support incident resolution and preventive maintenance strategies. - Ensure quality and performance of applications built on .NET / .NET Core. - Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction. Requirements - Degree in Information Technology or related field. - Proven experience in team leadership. - Understanding of .NET / .NET Core development principles. - Knowledge of system integrations and REST APIs. - Experience in Application Maintenance and troubleshooting. - Microsoft certification (AZ-900 or higher) is a plus. - Familiarity with insurance sector is highly valued.   Ready to lead and make an impact?
