Why This Role Matters As a Real-Time Interpreter, you’ll play an essential role in enabling understanding between individuals and organizations in the US and UK. You’ll handle calls for hospitals, banks, emergency services, and government agencies — ensuring that every conversation is clear, accurate, and handled with empathy. Your Responsibilities • Interpret conversations accurately and impartially between speakers of English and Nepali; • Support individuals in situations that require confidentiality and professionalism; • Follow communication protocols and maintain neutrality in all interactions; • Ensure clarity and accuracy in every session, no matter the context.
