MANPOWERGROUP, world leader in Human Resources services and specialist in Contact Center Management is recruiting Customer Support Assistants, native in English. Main responsibilities: - Make outbound customer calls to sell protection solutions for Electrical Appliances and Technology - Maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails; - Ensure customer feedback all the time; - Handle customer needs and requirements; - Respond to customer inquires and resolve; - Record outbound call history and customers response in detail. What we are looking for: - Native in Portuguese with English b2. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; - Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package; - Ability to organize and prioritize; - Ability to work flexibly to business needs and under pressure; - Ability to think outside the box and be open to new challenges; - Flexibility to attend supplier training and/or education events; - Schedule flexibility.
