Descrição da Função

IT House is looking for a Process Specialist for a direct placement with an end client in the Logistics and Transportation sector. Key Responsibilities - Actively develop and further improve the company-wide IT Service Management (ITSM) system based on ITIL; - Continuously improve ITSM processes and service quality using KPIs; - Support and advise our business units in the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) environment; - Ensure optimal support for ITSM processes through the ESM application; - Train users on ITSM processes and the ESM application; - Work closely with other process owners; - Work independently and innovatively, with a strong focus on quality, as part of an open-minded team. Ideal Profile - Successfully completed studies in Economics, Business Informatics, or Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification combined with experience in service management; - Good knowledge of ITSM processes; - Ideally, a certification in ITIL or another ITSM framework; - Basic knowledge of IT applications, IT systems, and technologies; - A hands-on mentality, combined with a convincing presence, strong communication skills, and a high degree of independence; - Good written and spoken English.
