Descrição da Função

Profile: - University degree in IT or a related field; project management certifications (e.g. PMI, Agile, Scrum) are valued; - At least 5 years of experience managing technical teams and complex software development projects; - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and the full software development lifecycle; - Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, technical environments; - Proven ability to plan and coordinate national and international projects, ensuring both financial and operational control; - Experience in the financial/banking sector is a strong plus; - Proactive, open-minded and resilient under pressure, with strong problem-solving and leadership skills; - Excellent communication skills in English. Responsibilities: - Manage projects according to defined methodologies, scope, and processes (planning, control, assessment, reporting, closure); - Define project team structures and responsibilities; - Identify and monitor risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies; - Serve as the main point of communication between the project team and client, providing regular updates and status reports; - Coach, mentor and support the growth of team members.
