We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join a highly skilled team working on large-scale e-commerce platforms for some of the biggest brands and retailers in Scandinavia. You’ll be part of a distributed team, collaborating across Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, and Serbia, where you’ll play a key role in the technical execution of high-impact projects. If you enjoy turning complex designs into functional interfaces and delivering scalable digital commerce solutions, this role is for you! Main Tasks: • Develop and maintain e-commerce applications using React/Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js. • Analyse client requests and propose technical solutions that fit both business and team needs. • Participate in client meetings to clarify technical aspects. • Work collaboratively with engineering and delivery teams to ensure quality and performance. • Turn concepts into scalable, functional user interfaces. • Ensure best practices in frontend development are followed and improved. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous code quality improvements. • Analyse technical requirements and suggest structured, efficient solutions. • Stay up to date with trends and emerging technologies in frontend development. Skills & Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in web application development. • Minimum 3 years working with React/Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js. • Experience with HTML, CSS, and SEO optimization. • Familiar with semantic markup, microdata, and website performance optimization. • Background in complex web or digital transformation projects. • Skilled in task breakdown, estimation, and delegation. • Previous experience in e-commerce projects (nice to have). • Experience working in an agency or consultancy environment. • Hands-on experience with Git, GitLab, and JIRA. • Understanding of SCRUM and agile methodologies. • Curious, adaptable, and open to learning and sharing knowledge. • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
