Position: Registered Manager Reporting to: Operations Manager / Senior Management Team We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality residential care and therapeutic services at Abbington House. Key Responsibilities: Hold overall responsibility for CQC compliance and registration Ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care for all clients Lead, manage, recruit, and develop staff teams Maintain excellent standards of clinical governance, quality, and risk management Oversee admissions, care planning, audits, and incident reporting Act as a key liaison with families, external agencies, and inspectors Drive service development and continuous improvement Requirements: Proven experience in a registered management role within health or social care Strong leadership, compliance, and people management skills In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and relevant legislation Commitment to high-quality care and positive outcomes for clients Please send your CV in English
