Join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal, as a Customer Support Representative for a leading gaming company. You'll be at the forefront of assisting Russian-speaking customers in their interactions with us. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via email and chat, predominantly in Russian and occasionally in English. - Aid customers with inquiries regarding account and payment processes. - Resolve issues related to login and registration. - Restore and update account information such as emails and phone numbers. - Manage hacked accounts and assist in restoring characters. - Address questions about the reward program. - Assist with queries regarding tokens and pre-paid game cards. - Handle payment-related inquiries and process refunds. - Maintain professionalism in managing customer data. Requirements: - Proficiency in both Russian and English, both spoken and written, is essential for this role. Working Hours: - Full-time position: 40 hours per week. - Rotational shift pattern, covering Monday to Sunday. - Shifts range from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with 8 hours per day and an additional hour for lunch break.
