Descrição da Função

What you will be doing: - Serve as the primary point of contact for investors throughout the investment lifecycle. - Advise clients on which investment options (real estate or investment funds) best suit their goals and profiles. - Build and maintain strong relationships by providing ongoing support and communication. - Stay updated on market conditions and regulatory changes. - Conduct market analysis and research. - Organize and manage customer databases, ensuring updated information regarding activity development. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with organizational capabilities. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills, emphasizing the importance of reporting and sharing information with the team. What we are looking for in you: - Graduation in Financial Studies, Investment Consulting, Management, Business, or related fields. - Fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages (besides Portuguese) is highly valued. Speaking Portuguese is not mandatory. - Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Strong communication and presentation abilities. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good computer skills from a user perspective. - Availability to work on weekends when necessary. - A valid driver’s license. - Exceptional interpersonal skills, including empathy and the ability to establish solid relationships with others. - Core values such as ownership, responsibility, resilience, dedication, and commitment. - A client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. - Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to achieve sales targets. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
