Description: Responsibilities - Requirements Gathering & Analysis o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and pain points. o Document functional requirements and user stories for Salesforce solutions. - Solution Design Support o Work with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable solutions. o Validate that proposed solutions align with business objectives. - Process Optimization o Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements using Salesforce capabilities. - Testing & Validation o Prepare test cases and support UAT for new features and releases. - Documentation & Training o Create process documentation and user guides. o Conduct training sessions for end-users. - Stakeholder Communication o Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related projects. o Communicate technical concepts in business-friendly language. Years of experience - 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Functional Skills - Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud. - Knowledge of CRM processes (lead-to-opportunity, case management, customer service). - Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder). - Ability to create reports and dashboards for business insights. - Understanding of data management and security models in Salesforce. - Experience with Agile methodology and writing user stories. Technical Skills - Basic knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components. - Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration concepts (also with Training management solutions would be helpful). - Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader). Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. - High reliability and ownership for data quality and delivery. - Collaborative, open communicator across technical and business teams. - Proactive, curious, and eager to continuously learn new technologies. - Structured and autonomous working style in agile environments. Languages - Fluency in English (mandatory) Desired Certifications - Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory) - Preferred: Salesforce Business Analyst Certification, Platform App Builder.
