Descrição da Função

Profile: - Degree in Engineering or related field; - At least 7 years of professional experience in DevOps or similar engineering roles; - Advanced knowledge of DevOps practices, automation, and cloud-native environments; - Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Workflows, Helm charts, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Kafka; - Proficiency in infrastructure automation, container orchestration, and deployment pipelines; - Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and explain complex technical concepts clearly; - Fluency in English (spoken and written). Responsibilities: - Advocate and promote DevOps principles across multiple teams; - Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines; - Manage and support deployment processes for cloud-native applications; - Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery; - Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of deployed platforms and services.
