Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Analyze, develop and maintain Java applications following best practices, using scalable, high-availability and microservices-based architectures; * Optimize application performance (concurrency, SQL queries) and conduct code reviews to ensure software quality; * Ensure security and compliance of the developed solutions; * Collaborate with functional, technical and testing teams; * Analyze and resolve complex problems (advanced debugging, log analysis); * Participate in technical decision-making (technology choices, architecture, frameworks and tools). Profile: * Degree in Computer Science or similar; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development; * Advanced knowledge of Java 8+, software architecture, design patterns, SQL/NoSQL databases and frameworks such as Spring; * Experience with Web Services (XML/REST, EMS/JMS preferred) and asynchronous messaging technologies such as Apache Pulsar; * Knowledge of application security practices (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID, JWS) and eCommerce/digital payment solutions; * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously on complex technical challenges; * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
