Descrição da Função

Profile: - Proven experience as a Linux Systems Administrator in production environments; - Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7 and 8); - Strong OS-level troubleshooting skills, including performance diagnostics, connectivity, disk space, and process management; - Experience with Bash/Shell scripting for automation; - Experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation and configuration management; - Experience supporting mission-critical infrastructure environments; - Knowledge of OS performance tuning for low-latency environments; - Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, or Grafana; - Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware; - Experience with server hardware management, OS migrations, and distributed infrastructure; - Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (nice to have); - Experience with Puppet and Python scripting (nice to have); - Ability to work autonomously in lean technical teams; - Proficiency in English. Responsibilities: - Manage and support RHEL-based server infrastructure across global trading environments; - Perform troubleshooting and incident resolution for server-side issues; - Execute OS administration tasks, including user management, access control, tuning, and monitoring; - Perform OS updates, upgrades, and patching activities; - Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and consistency; - Proactively monitor system health and resolve infrastructure issues; - Collaborate with development, network, and operations teams; - Contribute to Ansible automation initiatives; - Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes; - Participate in on-call support rotations when required.
