Descrição da Função

With over a decade of experience in talent recruitment, Human Profiler is a consultancy specialized in IT Outsourcing and the selection of qualified profiles. We track trends, anticipate needs, and align talent with the right challenges through agility, closeness, and a personalized approach. We are currently looking for a Senior .NET Developer to our team. Main responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET / C#. • Build modern and responsive user interfaces with React. • Design and integrate REST APIs with internal and external enterprise systems. • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business applications. • Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure or AWS. • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and maintainable software solutions. • Ensure high standards of software quality, security, performance, and reliability. Requirements • 6+ years of professional experience developing applications with .NET / C#. • Proven professional experience with React. • Hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production applications. • Practical experience working with Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud services. • Strong experience designing and integrating REST APIs in enterprise environments. • Experience building CI/CD pipelines, not just consuming existing ones. • Based in the Greater Lisbon area, or available to work on-site three days per week. • Fluent in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (B2 or above). Nice to Have • Experience developing AI agents, including tool calling, orchestration, and memory • Experience with Semantic Kernel or Microsoft.Extensions.AI. • Experience using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search. • AI-102: Azure AI Engineer Associate certification. • AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate certification. • Experience in the insurance, banking, or financial services industry. • Knowledge of TypeScript and Next.js. • Experience with AI quality evaluation, including prompt testing, evaluation frameworks (evals), and observability. • Experience building AI solutions that process personal or sensitive data. From application to team integration The first contact is made by phone or videoconference, during a dedicated moment to better understand the candidate’s professional background and motivations. During the integration phase, close and consistent support is ensured to foster continuous development and smooth adaptation to the new team. In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/970 on pay transparency, the salary range for this position is €25,000 to €42,000 gross per annum, depending on the candidate's level of seniority.
