Descrição da Função

Profile: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, information technology, or relevant experience; - 3 to 4 years of proven working experience as a Service Manager in the information technology sector; - Working knowledge and experience in Service Management; - Knowledge in IT Infrastructure, Applications, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and Edge Technologies; - Strong presentation and communication skills; - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Responsibilities: - Ensure service quality (e.g., incident, problem, performance, capacity, or escalation management); - Act as the main point of contact for the respective service or process; - Drive continuous service improvements; - Provide technical service expertise; - Contribute to Proof of Concepts (PoCs), service transitions, development activities, and projects.
