Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. In this project you'll contact with the European stock market area. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities. We are seeking a  SNOC Support  Engineer to join our team in Porto (hybrid). Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; - Experience working on Security Operations Center (SOC) or equivalent technical training in the area; - Knowledge of security monitoring tools (ex: DarkTrace, CrowdStrike, GuardDuty, etc); - Knowledge and experience of network infrastructures such as LAN and WAN network technologies; - Knowledge in the following network technologies TCP/IP, DNS/NTP, Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP), MPLS; - Ability to work effectively in a team; - Willingness and ability to learn new products and network/security technologies quickly, often without the focus of formalized training; - Be able to communicate about networking/security issues effectively and in a comprehensible manner both externally and internally; - Fluency in English.
