You’ll be the go-to person for answering questions, resolving doubts, and providing guidance - via phone, email, and chat. What You Need: - Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level). - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - A genuine empathy and willingness to help others. - Availability to work in a rotational shift pattern.
