Descrição da Função

Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile: Strategy Architect (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have: Hard Skills: Must have: • 3 to 6 years of experience • Experience in the areas of HR and Shared Services is valued; • Experience in using capability models; • Ability to produce executive-level presentations; • Autonomy to conduct workshops with the business; • Experience in more than 5 architectural projects at a more strategic level; • Leadership of at least one architectural project at a more strategic level • Solid knowledge of Enterprise Architecture techniques; • Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar; • Good written and verbal communication skills; • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams; • Ability for critical analysis and focused on problem solving; • Commitment to quality of deliveries; • Knowledge of languages (written and oral): English (mandatory Nice to have: • Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR; • Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence tools; • Portuguese; • Spanish.
