In Portugal, people know us better for the site 'Noticias ao Minuto'. INBOX Agency is a digital marketing company with 10 years of experience in the email marketing field. A team of campaign managers, designer, programmers and deliverability experts work daily focused in one goal: Deliver our clients email marketing campaigns in the INBOX of people all over the world. To support our growth, we are seeking for a talented Deliverability Operator to join our team, reporting directly to the Deliverability Manager and assuming the responsibility of monitoring the deliverability of the daily emailings in specific databases. What would be your JOB? • Setup the technical emailing variables; • Monitor the delivered emails; • Monitor the inbox placements and ISP's blocks; • Monitor the domain and IP's reputation; • Take the necessary actions to guarantee a good inbox placement. What do YOU NEED TO HAVE? • Degree or Professional course in Systems Administration, Information Technology or in a similar technological area OR proven work experience in this field (at least 2 years); • Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux system; • Good knowledge of English (B2 level); • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook); • Strong organizational skills; • Ability to organize other resources effectively and establish and communicate priorities; • Ability to work as a team player.
