Currently, we are looking for a Team member Compliance & Legal (m/f/x) Full-time (38,5hrs) in Vienna or Lisbon. As a team member of the Compliance & Legal Department you are supporting the Head of the Department, who is responsible for the Headquarter in Austria and European branches, on legal measures considered appropriate for Compliance purposes and the proper and efficient implementation of the associated legal and regulatory provisions. Your tasks: • Support overall departmental goal of ensuring compliance with banking and corporate legislation (BWG, AktG, FM-GwG, WiEReG, etc.) • Support with monitoring the regulatory developments in the EU and Austria • Review contracts with suppliers, business, customers and loan agreements in general. (Contractual law) • Support with monitoring compliance with legal/regulatory notifications, correspondence with authorities • Provide general legal support to the Compliance department. • Management support (meetings, external statements, department presentations) • Research activities for legal and compliance topics • Assistance with preparation of compliance trainings
