Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Lead the development team to deliver high-quality instore solutions using .NET technologies, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines; * Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, while overseeing the design, development, and deployment process; * Proactively resolve technical challenges, drive continuous improvement, and ensure robust testing and documentation for scalable, reliable systems. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field; * Previous experience of as an IT Technical Lead and minimum 4 years of experience as a .Net Developer and TypeSscript (NodeJs and/or React); * Proven experience in Microservices and containerized applications (Docker swarm and/or K8s); * Experience in deepening specific technical requirements such as kubernetes, database, design patterns and test automation; * Organizational and communication skills; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Good English level.
