Start: 14/9, 21/9, 12/10, 15/10, 23/10 Candidates living in the Porto zone Your Role Provide technical support in French (for customers) and English (for developers) via chat and voice channels Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues using MySQL Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Act as a bridge between customers and developers, communicating technical details clearly and effectively.
