Easy and fast, online recruitment process We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. About the project: You will be providing services for Turkish-speaking clients and help them solve any problems or inquiries they might have regarding the product or service offered by the company. Your tasks: Clarifying any product information; Answering questions and requests by chat and phone; Helping in subjects such as: Payment, Refunds, Financing, Shipping, Delivery and Pickup, Returns and Exchanges Help solve any type of problems insuring a swift and fast resolution. What you need: - Fluency in Turkish (must be at least C1) - Fluent in English (at least C1) - Full rights to work in Portugal! - Nice to have previous Customer Support experience - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively - Be located in Lisbon What we offer: - full time contract Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer CONTRACT: Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal) Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
