Descrição da Função

Profile: - At least 1 to 2 years of experience as first e second-line (L1 and L2 support); - AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills; - Strong knowledge of SQL queries and data analysis; - Familiarity with production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA; - Olympic/Midas knowledge. Responsibilities: - Provide L2 Application support to end-users; - Ensure that unresolved tickets are escalated to appropriate individuals/teams based on established guidelines and procedures; - Provide a high level of customer service and maintain customer trust and confidence by building positive relationships; - Adhere to Service Level objective targets and roadmap; - Maintain/enrich knowledge articles.
